1917 is a new kind of music consultancy. Founded at the end of 2006 by Mark Hobrough and Martin Tibbetts it is a multi faceted company focused on developing artists both new and established in innovative and effective ways.
At the fore of the company is a commitment to marketing, and over the last year 1917 have created some great new routes to market, including a burgeoning and increasingly popular relationship with the vital music colleges that contine to spring up around the country. This new approach to reaching students has generated a lot of interest and is proving very successful, as are many of our other new methods.
We also plan to launch a record label this year, 1917 recordings, are managing some exciting acts and working in film. There is plenty going on here, and its all good!
